Summary Report: National School
Staff Wellbeing Survey

The Results Are In...

To raise awareness of school staff mental health and wellbeing during the ongoing pandemic, we recently conducted an anonymous survey and had almost 8,000 participants.

We wanted to know how the last year has shaped feedback from all staff, to identify what is going well and where support is most needed.

Now, our survey results are in and available to you in our summary report, as a free download.

Whether you took part in the survey or not, these findings highlight some of the common areas where support is required and is therefore likely required in your own school, college or MAT.

Our initial conclusions from the survey results highlighted the urgent need for:

  • Greater support for staff wellbeing in schools.
